I can tell many of you that I did not see this coming and this journey came way faster than I was prepared for! I applied for this job on a whim while I was doing awake overnights at one of my jobs! Many of you may ask what does one do during awake overnights? Well care for the individuals of course but after cleaning and that is done, well.... apparently irrationally apply for social work jobs! 3:30am application and Wala! Found one and accepted it! I am a true believer that things happen for reasons, and even though they are unknown you follow because you have faith.
I am moving out to Dickinson, ND and start my new job on 3/11/2013. I decided to create this blog because as most of you know it is hard to keep up with everyone. All of us have our own things going on in life and it just gets busier and busier. So by creating this you all can keep up with me at your own leisure. Holla to my banker friends who are bored at work, this one's for you!!
I currently don't have a place to live. I am still searching. Many people are looking and asking for me as well (so nice of them!!) I have a lead on something that may be done in a few weeks and it sounds like something I would love to live in. When I head down next weekend I am going to go and look at it so I can make sure that it will be what I would want. The landlord sounds super nice we talked for like 15 minutes. He told me that I was not allowed to live in the temporary housing because I was a female and wanted me safe! How about that! A respectful caring person who takes safety over money! Totally appreciated!
Honestly, I have left this apartment search up to the big man! I have stressed and searched for something and have came to the conclusion that if he brought me the job he will bring me a home! Why would I doubt him now!? Prayers are appreciated at any point in the journey! Because God knows!!! I need them and will continue to need them!
